Alpha Chapters

Alpha chapters are best suited for small businesses and start-ups of five employees or less. They meet once a month for breakfast and a four hour board meeting. Alpha chapter boards usually cover topics and discussions having to do with structure, growth, developing indicators and controls along with all other topics that concern businesses at this level.

Delta Chapters

Delta chapters are designated for companies that have over ten employees. They meet either half day (includes breakfast), or full day (6 hrs) with a break for lunch. The subject matter for educational sessions is geared for the businesses in the chapter and may range from basic business best practices to sophisticated business principles.

I Am Not A Member. Can I Attend A Meeting?

In mature chapters, candidates must qualify, are by invitation only, and must be sponsored by existing members. A prospective candidate may attend a complimentary meeting as a guest and fully participate. If the candidate has an interest in joining, after being accepted by the chair, the members vote on approval of the member based on the prospective member's contribution and commitment to the chapter.

Once the group is complete, the group is closed with no new members or visitors except to account for attrition. Chapters may continue to meet for years without any membership change. This gives continuity, stability and confidence.

Other Member Benefits

Each member signs a confidentiality agreement and is expected to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality, a hallmark of the chapters.

Members have access to a monthly personal, private consultation with the consultant which focuses exclusively on their individual business. In addition, members enjoy discounted rates and preferential treatment by affiliate consulting firms.

Members have access to many resources that will give them the edge from business classic books on CD to industry resources.
